I am so excited to finally share more information about this year’s Valentine’s Day Mini Sessions! They will be taking place at my home studio in Chelsea and featuring a white wooden backdrop with some Valentine’s touches! Here are all the details:
The Valentine’s Day mini sessions are for babies and children ages 2 months or older. Due to the size and nature of the backdrop, we will be doing mostly individual poses – but if you have several children, you can add a child (plus receive extra prints and time) for only $50.
The Valentine’s Day mini photography sessions will be on the last weekend in January (January 31st and February 1st). I will be scheduling appointments between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on these days. Contact me early to reserve your preferred session time. Session fee must be received within 48 hours of scheduling your session in order to reserve your session time. There will be an online payment option.
The Valentine’s Day mini sessions will be taking place at my home studio in Chelsea. I will provide directions upon request.
The cost of the mini session is $85. The Valentine’s Day mini photography sessions are formatted as a package which will include the 30 minute session fee, a 30 day online proofing gallery (where you can purchase wall art), and 24 custom designed Valentine’s Day wallets (perfect to hand out to friends at school Valentine’s Day parties) OR three 8×10 prints. If you have several children, you can add a child (plus receive extra prints and time) for only $50.
How do I book?
You can use the form at the bottom of this post to easily request an appointment. Otherwise, the best way to contact me is through email: firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also send me a message on my facebook page or call me at 205-515-6732.
What do I wear?
I would recommend wearing pink or red. These are traditional Valentine’s Day colors and will look great against the whitish backdrop. If you wish to forgo the traditional colors – stick with a darker or brighter color to avoid blending into the backdrop. Also avoid clothing with characters or logos that might be distracting or make the portrait dated.
How do I purchase?
After our Valentine’s Day mini session is over, I will get to work to edit and design your child’s Valentines as quickly as possible. In order to provide a quick enough turn around to get orders in before Valentine’s Day, all galleries will be posted on or before February 7. You will receive an email with a link to your online proofing gallery when it is ready, along with instructions on how to get your free prints. All orders must be placed by February 9 in order to receive them by February 14.
What will the Valentine’s wallet designs look like?
