Pensacola Baby Photographer | One Year Old Cake Smash Milestone
I have been working on increasing my collection of backdrops and looks for cake smash photography sessions at my Pensacola Baby Photography Studio. I had a few babies (and my own crazy kids) help me test out a few of them – but I actually have more on hand AND if you schedule your session in advance, we can find a personal theme that matches just what you are looking for! This first is one of my favorites – a bright and colorful ZOO PARTY!
Another colorful and popular option is COCOMELON. My sweet Annie Mae helped with this one because she is cocomelon obsessed. She just loves JJ and I’m sure plenty of other little ones do as well! Her amazing tie-dye outfit, shoes, and Peppa Pig socks really make this look, I think. I also have to share the absolutely adorable David. He was just too cute for his one year old session!
To round out the colorful looks, my Lucy Lou helped me test out this beautiful RAINBOW backdrop. If you don’t follow my Tiktok or Instagram or Facebook, you might not have seen that silly Lucy managed to break both of her wrists – so we did a fun Jojo Siwa-inspired shoot to boost our confidence!
I call this one UNICORN CLOUDS because it just reminds me of unicorn colors. Mia was the perfect little cake smash model for this drop – and it is the perfect dainty pastel girly backdrop for a one-year-old party theme.
This is such a classic boy look with the browns, whites, and blues. Barrett was just precious and his personality really helps to make this setup shine!
This one is another favorite because I just adorable sunflowers. This bumble bee look is actually perfect for boys or girls (flowers are optional!) but I am obsessed with the gorgeous yellows.
Not to mention the balloon wall set ups that I have (and can make most any look into a balloon look…)
Along with themed set ups, I also offer simple colored looks. I have several colors on hand and can always get others if you have a specific color you are wanting. I have SO MANY outfits on hand and love to match backdrops!
Leave a comment below and let me know which set up is your favorite. What type of backdrop would you love to see added to my collection? (I might already have it!)
