I was lucky enough to get these cuties into my Birmingham, AL Newborn Photography Studio to test out a new set-up. I take care to make sure that I can do my best work, even if I need to rearrange my studio. In this case, I needed to make sure I could still make beautiful pictures with my lighting set up on the opposite side than I am used to. Luckily enough, I had some twins able to come in.

I LOVE twins – they always ease each other when they are touching. In this case. sweet brother was not a fan of my posing (this happens sometimes when a baby has gas is extra hungry, or just not having a good day – it happens to all of us!). I was able to work with him – I have a ton of patience when it comes to sweet babies. We got some adorable pictures, but he was not into me touching him, and got annoyed anytime I adjusted him. But as soon as I added his sister to the mix, he was settled. She wiggled and was initially wide awake and just super active laying on him, but he was cool with it because it was his sister.

Twins are so amazing – they have spent 9 months snuggling together in a very tight space, so they automatically comfort each other by just touching or being in each other’s company. Such a beautiful bond!
